NEED ASSESSMENT VISIT TO IDP CAMP IN NEW KUNCHINGORO GAMES VILLAGE IN THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY(FCT) ABUJA.

On September 11th 2018 Women International League for Peace and Freedom visited Internally Displaces People (IDP)at New Kunchingoro Games Village in the Federal Capital Territory(FCT) Abuja. The IDP camp has a population of one thousand five hundred and twenty-six (1,526) persons according to 2015 census. Many occupants in the camp came from Goza community of Borno State as victims of Boko Haram insurgent
The essence of the visit is to assess challenges and pressing needs of the Internally Displaced Persons in order to package solution oriented program for them.
